Mississippi River to be closed.

This last Saturday the Mississippi River has rise up to 18.5 feet - if the river would exceed these measurements the Coast Guard is giving out warning that the traffic on the river will have to be closed.
Major businesses that make their biggest profits through importing/exporting goods into New Orleans and other areas of the river are keeping their breath. This would bring some fatal consequences to the economy, not only the New Orleans economy but the economy of the US. The Mississippi river is one of the countries most busiest ports. Every single day the river would be closed would cost the country $295 million, this number may alsoo increase.
Losing profits from huge businesses is not what this country needs at this point.

Osama Bin Laden is dead; can we set a period on it, please?

Since the tragic events on September 11, 2001 Osama bin Laden has been the worlds most wanted Terrorist leader. Previous President George W. Bush set forth to either have this terrorist captured or eliminated as a tribute to the victims of September 11th. Truth is we all know his dead was expected and necessarily, but truth is it should have never taken our government to go through 2 wars and a 10 year search for this terrorist prior to his liquidation. On May 1st, it was official the terrorist leader is dead and the nation had a reason to celebrate.
Our government however is supporting ridiculous ideas to satisfy the hater population of this country. Questions arise such as "did the Pakistan government hid Osama"? "should we hold them liable for hiding this terrorist"? Fact is, September 11th is one of the more tragic events that the world has seen, and fact is may never any nation get to experience such event. But, from my personal perspective the United States of America did not defend themselves by going into a different country and bombing and killing people they assumed to be guilty for he September 11th attack. Osama bin Laden and his followers should have been located and justice served. Defending yourself means at the time of somebody is attacking you, you are giving effort to resist or return the attackers actions. By all means I am convinced that this terrorist gave excuse to the United States and to the previous President Bush to proceed with something as cruel as starting a war without having a clear foundation for it.
Having all this said, the worlds most wanted terrorist has finally been targeted and taken out of this world. Yet, the nation is not satisfied and requests to see pictures of his dead body. In a country that money is being printed with God's name on it and faith is the substantial part of the Constitutions, people request to see a dead terrorist on national TV.
Nobody is being concerned about what outcome it may have if it is being showed on TV and who all may get to see it. Children under the age or people with very low blood tolerance and similar. The fact that the White House refuses to satisfy the public's request is being analyzed as a conspiracy.
